After competing in the Universe Championship and World Championships last year, I'm back in competition this year in Switzerland in the Swiss Championships on the 26th of October 2013.
Follow the action with a slideshow containing performance photos, a group of stage action pictures and a collection of backstage photographs with my son and personal coach, Jason. You can view the video film (at the bottom of this page) of my performance too and download it if you wish to.

Tanja won 5 Swiss Titles and the Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals at the World Championships in '96, '97 and'98 and the Miss Millennium Aerobic Fitness Title in 2000.
